Women’s Weekend
at The Greenbrier
A four-day Weekend
for Professional Women will be held in March 2004 at The Greenbrier,
a world-renowned, award-winning resort of 6,500 acres in the
scenic Allegheny Mountains in White Sulphur Springs, West
Virginia.
The weekend will
focus on ‘reducing stress and realising greater enjoyment
in your life’. The weekend will feature interactive
programmes about healthy food styles and weight solutions,
techniques for stress relief, trends in women’s health,
spiritual and mind growth, yoga and Pilates classes, and creating
a passion for life, work and play.
Women in Law director Dr Linda Spedding will present her views
on ‘practical spirituality’ as a key to successful
women creating balance in today’s world.
